Saturday July 11th 2009 - The Singing School @ The Bushey Festival - The Singing School will be making an appearance as part of the flagship concert by Bushey Opera Group  this concert will take place at The Bushey Centre at 8pm. Tickets are £12 and can be bought from www.festival.bushey.org.uk

Events - Spring Term 2009

Sunday January 25th 2009 - A Master Class in Acting and the Singer given by professional actor (East Enders, Shakespeare's Globe) Mark Rice-Oxley. Come and watch how a professional actor works with singers to bring out the character in their performance. Entrance FREE with a retiring collection for St. James' Church High Street, Bushey @ 3pm

Saturday January 31st 2009 - Confidence! - Learn how to be more confident using fun games and exercises in this popular 2 hour workshop with Julie Gray. 10am -12. Beechcroft Road.  £40. FULL- Sorry no more places left.

Monday February 23rd - Improvers' Performance Workshop - Open to members of the Improvers' Course only. A performance workshop with professional accompanist. Singing in front of a small group. 7pm until 9pm. Beechcroft Road.

Sunday March 8th - The Singing School Spring Concert - Students are invited to perform alongside the professionals at this popular termly event. St Paul's Church, Bushey Hall Road. @ 3pm. Entrance FREE with retiring collection for The Childrens' Society.

 Events - Autumn Term 2008

September 21st - A Master Class in Music Theatre given by West -End Leading Lady Sarah Hay. Five students from the school will be given the opportunity to work on a piece of music theatre of their choice in front of an audience with the highly experienced performer Sarah Hay. Audience tickets available from 07789 187646. St. James' Church, High Street, Bushey at 3pm. Tickets are £10 but £5 for current studentss of the school and concessions

November 16th - Janice Chapman OAM AUA - gives a rare Master Class to advanced students from The Singing School. St James' Church, High Street, Bushey. At 2.30pm Tickets £10 and £5 to students from the school and concessions. Available from 07789 187646.

December 7th - Students' Concert - An end of year spectacular! All students from the school are invited to perform at the concert with a festive theme!! More details to follow. Entrance FREE.

January 2009 - Confidence For Singers' - A new workshop developed by Julie open to singers from the school only at this stage. This is a closed workshop for 6 students only. More details from Julie.
